How one virus can paralyze our fragile economies.
I don’t know about you, but I am enjoying being at home. I’m kind of used to it because I’m a writer and work from home. Most people don’t, so they are probably having a difficult time with it.
Unlike a lot of people in this world right now, I’m not making much money. In fact, all of my writing assignments have dried up completely. Medium is the only site where I am writing, and I really don’t make a whole lot here. I don’t think a few dollars is going to pay for my bills. Thankfully, I am paid up through April, and I have a small amount in the bank, which I could get me through a couple more months. My wife is also a healthcare worker, and she is still working. For a lot of people, they are going to suffer in the coming months if people don’t go back to work.
