It’s called proper gun storage. It’s also the gun owner’s responsibility to teach proper gun safety to those around him/her/whatever. Responsible gun owners aren’t responsible for morons that shoot themselves or their family members. It’s called personal responsibility. 95% of gun deaths are a social problem. Society has a moron problem, not a gun problem.
