I’ll eat whatever I want, thanks. I’ve tried the Beyond Meat and while it does taste good, it’s still processed.

I feel my best eating both meat, fish, and plants. I will continue to do that. I feel like crap when I eat all plant-based. Real fat makes me feel better. I eat less meat than I used to but still feel my best when I eat it. I can go all day on meat, fish, and vegetables.

Beans and lentils which are plant-based protein make my guts feel like crap. I don't tolerate large portions well. I love oatmeal, but it does nothing for me in terms of energy. Adding nuts and seeds or other “plant protein” still does nothing. I can eat two scrambled eggs with veggies and go all day long. By removing grains and sugar, I have more energy than I have had in a long time. It’s our processed food making us sick.

It’s great vegans have more options, they should. I’ll continue to eat the way I want, thanks. Stay out of my life as it’s my own to live the way I see fit.
