If we look back at the 50s and 60s most people were thin. Take a look at Woodstock photos. It's hard to find a fat kid. We basically LIVE on processed food now, but back then most food was cooked at home.

If we all cut all processed food out, regardless of what natural food we ate, then we would all probably lose weight and get healthier. Most of us exercise till were blue in the face, but get nowhere because our diet is still piss poor.

It's our vile so called "food industry" that keeps us all fat and sick. There's no commercials for broccoli or salmon. Lots of people cook nothing. Since the vast majority of our food on the store shelves isn't fit for human consumption, we have an obesity crisis.
