I don’t own guns, I have no need for them. I have family members in Canada that do. I go over to his place often and not once have I ever felt threatened that he has rifles. Been around people handling guns, not threatened. 99.9% of all responsible gun owners never harm anyone.

Live in a town that has a lot of guns. Lots of hunters and outdoor people. The number of guns deaths in 25 years? ZERO.

Do you not think for just one instant that a Western govt isn't possible of total tyranny?? Have you not seen the French govt running over citizens with APCs? You must all be blind. Pol Pot, Mao, Hitler, Stalin etc.. You just naturally assume the govt isn't going to go after you at some point? You can look at history and that has been the case time and time again. Do you even read? The Britsh went after the colonist's guns and taxed them. The colonists shot them. I look at history from a realistic standpoint. Almost all horrific violence is done by govt. In this case, the British went tyrannical over the colonists who wanted their freedom.
